DENIM GLOSSARY

3- 3×1

Is a weave type that refers to the number of weft threads that go under the warp.

This weaving method produces an identifiable diagonal ribbing from the back of the fabric.

3×1 one is the most commonly used on denim and probably the most durable due to the stiff weave it produces.
